Based on the current builds progress I would speculate that it will be finished before August. I can't see much more content beyond the new GUI and number of maps being released after June - which means June will be a solid month of balancing and July will be final polishing. (Speculation all of it)

Once you download 18.3.1 don't forget to head over the official forums and check the post in the development forum for Hotfix 1 (which apparently adds new AI behaviour)!
