how to open my savegame in editor, and how to save it ?> because when I click arrow on save001 nothing happens, and when I edit the savegame that saveeditor have I click save and going to the game and nothing

hey, I have error with Exception, can I run this save editor in 64bit windows ? and v349 of the game?I have Picture in my Images...
