We haven't decided yet whether they can decide if they want to use the Russian equivalent to M/26 when spawning or whether you can only find them from dead Russians.

Hey and thank you for your kind words :)
The whole unlock/attachement plan is still pretty much not set in stone. We want to focus on the real gameplay elements more than getting unlocks and other fancy equipment to your rifle. Having something like bayonets or a drum/stick magazine is clearly something that wouldn't be much of a trouble to include, since all it does is it adds some more authenticity to the gameplay. Again, all of this is not set in stone so for most part we will just have to see how it all plays out in the end and how much sense will any individual decision make.
I'll be directing these ideas with the rest of the team and we will probably announce some upcoming features in future blog posts that we will try to post more often from now on.

There will probably be some attachements, however the general idea of unlocks to guns is not in our intentions. We will first have to see how individual decisions play out in the final version. And sorry for a late response!
It's still work in progress so I'm sure you will like the finished maps even more :)

If you are asking whether we will have dynamic weather or not, the answer to that is no. At least not by the looks of it. Different kinds of weathers are possible though, such as snow, rain and so on.
