My computer absolutely refuses to let me launch this file, no matter if I circumvent the antivirus- it is literally telling me to "find the version of the file fit for my system", and I'm trying to run it on windows 10

I'm getting an "incorrect file structure" error on fresh installation, the location is correct, I have no idea what else to do. Reinstall didn't help

Where are the links to download Empire Total war 2 mod? They all disappeared, and I can't find the discord server or accept the invite posted on the homepage. Is this mod dead?
