I've tried -dxlevel 95 and it hasn't fixed it.

When I tried to load it up, some of the textures were missing. All the textures of the walls and that stuff were fine, but the glass was purple, the reflections were purple and black, and half of the walls had this transparent purple thing on them, and some of them were just recoulored purple.
