Just get the original file from an unmodified World.img, assuming you already made a backup.

I just compared Duncan's shoes side by side, and I didn't even notice how terrible they look on 360/PC compared to PS2/Wii. I'll get the textures from the wii when I get the chance. I didn't notice anything with Fatty and Clint's winter models. What's up with them?
Edit: I fixed Troy's face a long time ago after double checking. I just have to modify the textures on his pants and shoes.
