This worked for me (Non-steam, cracked, 62MB): Download Half-Life from here http://www.pyro-zone.com/downloads/ (it doesn't include singleplayer), install it and then install sven co-op to the half-life folder. After that, right-click on hl.exe and create a shortcut. After "...\Half-Life\hl.exe" in the target box, type: -nomaster -game svencoop -num_edicts 3072 Now run the shortcut and it should work fine :)
