Today I bought Wolfenstien 3D off of steam for $5. Now I know its shareware but that shareware only has 10 mission. For $5 I can get 60 missions. I think that's a better deal for myself since only 10 levels will cease to amuse me.
The download isn't that big either. It was 2mb. I needed a water right after I bought the game so I went to the fridge an back and it was done. That made me think. This game was released in the early 90's on Ms-DOS or something like that. I'm sure back then 2mb was the equivalent of like 2Gb today.
The game itself I think is better then Call of duty: World at war(I hate Treyarch since call of duty world at war will never EVER live up to the first Call of duty in my mind) The only thing I don't like is that it uses the mouse to move instead of WASD. That threw me off for about 5 minutes but once I got going I didn't mind it.
I also played some of the Clastle Demo. The game has good concept but I'm horrible at side scrollers. So I utterly failed. But if you like that kind of stuff go check it out.
