It is not possible to cross the bridge when Hunk says "we have to get to SF" IN A CAR. You can cross if you run or if you cross a different bridge and that is the end of the mission as it is incomplete. There is supposed to be a barrier blocking you as Coin God had said if you read any comments early. That is the only mission as it is only a beta, in the next version there will be more missions.
