I'm just afraid the units will be sitting there shooting at each other for an hour like they do in the base game so as long as they arent doing that I wont mind them not being 1 hit kills because that would make the battles go by to fast.

why would a laser take more than one hit to kill someone? If its not like that it would bug me to be completely honest with you.

Editing the skins and damage is about all you can do in CoH2. It is impossible to change/add 3D models as of right now.

Have you tried talking to the dev of the Battle of the Bulge mod? They made custom snow maps for theirs
