Highly polished DOW experience, adding onto the base game and providing even more replayability to this incredible game. The devs and the community are absolutely brilliant. Checked on steamcharts and soulstorm has 1000+ players on the 24hr average usercount, wonder how much that's in part to mods like this. Compare that to Dawn of War III with 30 players currently online LOL

I've gone through many STALKER playthroughs and i can honestly say, this is one of the mods everyone should play at least once. It adds great new features/old ones that were cut and gives players a new, interesting level of difficulty in the zone. I played OL on static lighting and experienced little bugs/glitches and only ctd'd around 4-5 times during the entire playthrough, so don't let the warning message discourage you.

I only recently bought Shadow of Chernobyl and i had heard of Complete Mods for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series of games, i decided to give it a try and i am really impressed, this Mod is better than other mods on many levels. The quality of the finished product is astounding, It is very refined and makes the atmosphere of the game much more tense, bleak (for STALKER a bleak atmosphere is right on target.) and 'real', on the highest setting this is mod makes the game look as good as Crysis.
Thanks to mods, especially Complete 2009, S.T.A.L.K.E.R is as popular as ever in 2011 and is, dare i say, still up there as the one of the most atmospheric games ever.
