Why there is no Topol M unit at the game version 1.85 ? Shall it be included in future versions or not ?

What hapened with this mod ?! Shall we ever see V5 Is he will be released or all of your hard work will be gone for nothing ?????

I really like this modifications but how can i prevent this crashes ? I really want to play like normal game :( It crashes on every map at any time or when try to load a save game or when I advance enough to send some heavy ships : it crashes again and again. pls help!
