Besides pyrokinesis and telekinesis, a power I'd like to see in your mod is the ability to create portals, based on the Portal Wrench mod, but with a new animation of Tommy's hand (possibly inspired by the spiral movement that characters do in the Doctor Strange movie) showing that it's Tommy creating the portals, not his wrench.
Another thing: you mention remaking the Land of the Ancients level to fit the new powers, but what about creating a new story that serves as a continuation of Prey instead, especially since Bethesda has abandoned the Prey 2006 universe? I actually have a draft of what I'd do if I were making the levels: I won't post the details here, but it involves Tommy entering the cosmic tunnel (like in the post-credits scene of Prey) and finding himself in an alien vessel in orbit around the planet Exodus (from Prey 2), where a non-humanoid entity from another universe judges what Tommy has done on the Sphere, drops some big revelations about Tommy and teaches him to use new powers.
(Note that I already have in mind who that character is and what information he reveals. I'm just not posting them here to avoid any spoiler, but - I'm only talking to cat404 here - I'll share them via email or PM if you're curious)
