Dawn of the Tiberium Age

Mod review

It expands upon the base factions from both TD and RA while maintaining their style, all while being balanced and fun.

Expanding Fronts

Mod review

Taking a (relatively) obscure game, the mod team has managed to add several new factions, new map types and terrains, and hundreds of improvements to the mission creator. All while keeping the base game's design and goals the same, and improving balance.

Emperor: Battle for Dune

Game review

A nice asymmetric RTS. Each faction has just enough to feel different without being overly complex. Has some A-list actors in glorious FMV cutscenes that really make the game world seem alive. Being the first fully 3D Westwood RTS, the graphics are quite simplistic, but they get the job done and aren't too painful. The music is insanely good, and for the first time, Frank Klepacki takes second stage to the other artists delivering some amazingly memorable tracks.

A real gem overshadowed by Yuri's Revenge and Generals.

Orange Sun

Mod review

Although the amount of new structures and units seemed a little excessive (at least, in the version I played), the game play is much more intense and the enemy AI is improved immensely.
