I noticed another bug where, in the first turn for many nations, you cannot raid or attack the nation that you are at war with. All units are landlocked like rebels until you move them to a town and wait a turn.

I agree, but I would suggest just not getting into a peace agreement, because pirates are pirates, they raid the world.

Just go to the mod window and click on "Language ENG" Then on the right side, click "Restore" it should be the second choice down. This does not reset your game saves. Press the green arrow and then click on "Language ENG" again. Pick your Campaign setting and start the game. This should resolve your issue.

Whoops, I accidentally clicked on the minus sign, I meant to press the plus. xD

I noticed that there was a clicking noise, the one when you click on an army, on the campaign when it passes three certain nations. I think one was somewhere around Russia.
