forgot in the game the steel ronin called iron guardian so i got that one

i forgot i dont have all of japan units: giga fortress, Archer Maiden and Steel Ronin

I dont got all units for allies only the hangbanger gunship and for russian only grinder tank and war mammouth but japan (Empire of the rising sun) got all units. why i dont got all?
