You nailed it, Judicat0r. The Bayonet scout is a turbine engine with a cockpit. It's designed for quick hit-and-run scuffles and can usually be encountered in packs.
It is currently the most agile vehicle the IMI have encountered on the battlefield. Although it's lightly armoured and can be taken down in a few hits, the nimble scout is notoriously difficult to lock on to.

Admittedly, it looks a bit slow but keep in mind the structure itself is massive. The forces involved are high and moving faster would possibly cause failure in the parts.

This being said, this animation should be taken as proof of concept and not the final in-game animation. That will look far more wicked!
