Dude, what is that supposed to be, reactive armour, or chocolate bars? Why are there V-shaped gaps between the "bricks"? Any hit in that gap would channel the blow INWARDS, towards the tank. It's the same reason they don't make breastplates angled IN. I don't think you understand physics.
