Sure you just reposision the model in the .dff...

The model needs to be aligned with the original shotgun. Move/rotate your NEW weapon and align it with the OLD shotgun of GTA SAN ANDREAS.
Select the OLD shotgun of GTA and ATTACH it to your NEW weapon. This should fix your problem.
I know your english is not very good so I hope you understand.
Open the .dff file with 3ds max and move a littel to the right position
(but also you must do some texture for the gun) so one .txd is missed
