Is anyone monitoring this thread? I'd like to use this mod but have no files for customizing the settings. Can anyone who's gotten it to work on a dedicated server help me?

I downloaded this, but there are no files to edit to make changes to the mod. Like server ip, rcon, etc. is this zip file complete?
