But the Inquisition doesn't want the Psykers to breed too much. After all, unchecked Psykers could call for some... Unwelcome visits from the Warp.
However we do need a constant supply of sacrifices for the golden throne... everything has it's benefits.
True, but they only need like, a little over 10.000 daily right? Considering the untold trillions that are born each day, (not counting potential inquisitors/Librarians/sanctioned psykers) They'd need some kind of population control besides sterilization camps.
