Just because i found it :D Warhammer 40k ships are still better then all XD
Not really, 40k is all about ground warfare which is why there's only half a dozen super weapons mentioned in the lore. Our method of FTL travel alone makes our Gothic Cathedrals in space inferior to a large chunk of the ships above.
We'd easily win on the ground though.
somehow the 40k ships feel too small
oh well if they ran into something like the Independence Day ship or the Star Wars super destroyers they'd probably just exterminatus them on the spot
If you think that's bad, wait till you see our Titans compared to other giant robots and the like...
An Imperator Titan is 23.5 meters smaller than Pacific Rim's Gipsy Danger (the main mech).
but is it better armed?
Chest-mounted melta equivalent, arm-mounted chainsword, plasma cannon and dark matter gun.

i thought the Super star destroyer was big but just look at the Eclipse Star destroyer.

Yep. Pretty damn cool really, for a Star Wars ship that is.
Damn, those Star Wars ships are really ridiculous. I mean, LOOK AT THOSE STAR DESTROYERS, GEEZUS.
Yeah, the largest Star Destroyer is the same size as a Sword Class Frigate and would get its *** kicked by the Sword.
Don't forget all the fun that comes along with boarding operations... stormtroopers would be like "well, we're ******", if an ISD 'visited' by some astartes
Some of the ships listed aren't canon in their respective universes or have inaccurate measurements. But that's only a small handful. Pretty cool nonetheless.
Eh we have better shielding and pack a greater punch
You always get into trouble when you get EVE involved in Space combat when you remember when single individuals fly those multiple kilometers ships for fun and profit. Let alone the Governments and organizations like the CONCORD which have ships and weapons that outclass them.
Not to mention,these ships, despite their size, already pack a ton of firepower.
I guess the Imperium's best bet is to treat their munitions like they do with the Imperial Guard.
