Rise and fall is an awsome rts. i love it, it is basicly rome total war with less factions but no world map sequence, and a base building mode.
rise and fall also lets you play 3rd person in the game as your teams hero, this works a bit like the heros in starwars battle front as you have a time limit which in campaings is kept by smahing certan pots and in the skirmish modes regenerated. the sounds seem to be frome rome total war as well. and the best news is this great game was made freeware so you can download it here Bigdownload.com i am not sure if the download will work on windows7, i have the orrignal disc i got when it came out and it wont work on windows7 because you have to restart your pc.... but im going to try it out :) hope it works
