The Reich has changed over the development of the Mod, now this evil Faction from a Civil war devastated Russia is commandered by Yuri who is rumored to have been genetically altered with psychic powers.
Through nobody knows if these rumors are true, Yuri managed to reunite Russia and some other asian countries to form a communisitic/nationalistic tzarist empire spanning the entire world...
