We are the inheritors of the galaxy and loyal servants to the Emperor. Born from chaos and war, the Empire is the beacon of light in the dark and shelters all. We are order through law, we are security through courage, we are justice through honor and we will reign a thousand years. We are the sons of the Galactic Empire.
Many have questioned the increasing number of meetings and councils that the Emperor has missed. It has finally been revealed by the Imperial Administration that he has been overcome with a mysterious and as of yet unidentifiable illness.
Imperial medical experts are confident that he will live, but are unable to say when he will be able to effectively resume his duties as Emperor.
As such the Security Council, now consisting only of Supreme Commander Pao and Director Reimus, responsible for the ISB Commission of Operations, have declared themselves regents and will ensure the smooth running of the Empire until Emperor Magister recovers.
ISB representatives, chosen by the Security Council, will oversee most of the Emperor's traditional duties. This includes overseeing the Senate and its Chancellor as well as the Council of Grand Moffs. The Imperial military fully supports these decisions.
Foreign policy will be decided by the Security Council.
