With the Imperial Council's go ahead, Praxis has gathered a team of the galaxies foremost cloning experts, and has begun research in an isolated and secret facility deep in Imperial territory.
Dubbed Project New Grounds, its purpose is to combine Praxis's knowledge and ideas of cloning with that of Kaminoan cloning mastery and aspects of other cloning techniques to create a new, more powerful, clone super soldier. Should it succeed, the New Galactic Empire will have access to a clone army that eclipses the strength of its predecessors.
