An alternate, or revised version of the "I think I spammed too much" background.
Looks better but I'm curious, in what universe are all stars clustered together in groups of eight?
Stars are actually quite hard to make, especially if you're painting them all manually. If I were you I'd look for a star generator or paint them all by hand, one after another instead of creating a custom brush with eight stars.
The idea is nice but you should see that this doesn't look quite right yet.
