How is this got anything to do with the Galactic Republic?
This has something to do with the Empire and thier experimenting on physical enhancements.
Play SWG, or read the book, Death Troopers or Red Harvest and that should clear it up.
I have no interest in SWG or any of those books. Still this picture should not be here. It is not relevant to the GR but instead the GE.
