Wait till you see the Twilight Sparkle follower, it's currently not out though, but I will put it here when it is released, even a BETA.

Only pony mods I saw before this for Skyrim was the Rainbow Dash horse replacement and the Fluttershy Dragon replacement. Then again, I also saw some other pony mods like shields with their faces on it.
