No words can discribe the feeling you get when you listen to this song... It's simply magnificent, I could listen to this all day and not have a care in the world, as this song is uplifting and makes everything disappear.
This was also released on my 18th birthday, and its the best thing I could have asked for...
It has a sort of magical quality to it... My favorite MLP-related song though is Rainbow Dash's Theme:

If you think you can do it, go ahead and do orchestral, that's all I listen to these days, may sound strange coming from a teenager like me, but all the modern music these days is garbage and has no meaning.
This song, and songs like it portray storys, and if you know that story (Luna's Banishment and Return for this one), it's something entirly different.
I agree with you for the most part, though there is some music I do like (usually older rock).
Exactly, older rock, not the new 21st century pop stuff.
I like the older rock/metal music too, like Hammerfall and Disturbed, but these instrumental tracks are a different thing again, a lot of them portray stories and tell of great things, like this track that tell's Luna's story.
Each to their own I guess, a lot of people love the new music from the girly-guy artists.
Yeah, classical music is my favourite genre!
I think bronies are like minded.
But at the same time, I love dubstep... so I don't even know.
Anyway, this song inspired me to try my hand at orchestral. It's certainly not as good as I had a budget of $0 and wrote it in a day, but yeah.
