Eh, don't you mean human RD? Anthro is basically a mix of human and target creature forms.
I guess, she is full human, but based of a creature and shares said creatures traits...
Meh, i'll just leave it.
To her to be an anthro, she would have to have at least 1 physical attribute of a pony. for ex, wings, tail, hooves or pony ears.
The definition of anthropomorphic:
Ascribing human form or attributes to a being or thing not human, aka a human form of Rainbow Dash, this is the human form of her (pony), so it still applies loosely as the attribute is her style/physical characteristics...
Anthro in the internet means basically the same as a furry: A animal given human features.
Yea I know the term, but the definition above still stands true...
If the image wasn't stylised after Rainbow Dash, it wouldn't be classified as "anthro", but seeing as it shares her physical characteristics, it applies...

How then can you have human Rainbow Dash, if anything indicating to her personality will mark it as anthro?

You could fix that, by unchecking the e-mail notification boxes, while editing your profile.
