Browsed through my messages in Deviantart, and there dozens of anti-SOPA and anti-PIPA deviations.
Yeah, it's happening everywhere today for good reason.
I had a pretty ironic encounter with these protests, when I went to wikipedia to find out, if the zip code matches the mail code of my country, but the place was in blackout. Great way to prevent a protester from being active. Luckily, I found a zip code, that was being shared for use to non-US people.
