Now I dislike this artist.
I don't know what it is about Celestia that makes people so desperately want to taint her... Is it because she's a goddess? Is it because she is in power? Is it because she's ACTUALLY a good ruler? I'm just curious.
People have a problem with the lack of representation of her personality. That, and the sheer amount of Luna apologists in the fandom.
Plus, she isn't a goddess per se. Or at least don't talk about it like Luna isn't "a goddess". That will give the Lunar republicans more reason to black paint Celestia and claim that "One day Luna will rule Equestria." when she already is a ruler.
