Just some insight into this...

Twilight mentions she saw an 8ft candycane in the show, and the ruler has even markings to show this, so we can use it to get the ponies heights in real life by contrast.

But how do ponies know how big a foot is if they have hooves and people don't exist, wouldn't she measure it in hooves, not feet?

IRL horses are measured in "hands": en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hand_(length)

Plus, just because they don't have feet doesn't mean they don't know what feet are. They could be using rabbit feet.

Still, the cane is more then 8 rabbit feet high in reference to the candy cane, this picture also measures the ponies in feet, as there are no hands in the show to compare to. Also, as mentioned, Twilight says feet in the show, so that is our basis to measure them.

And in retrospect, 4 feet equates to 12 hands.

121.92cm to be exact.

That's just above waist height.
That means that Celestia and Luna would be higher then us I would presume, we need a comparison on Twilight(4ft) to Celestia.
