Wonder who the lucky pony that was made out to was! :) Octavia is a very passionate pony that loves classical music, in other words she had good taste! On tour? O: Wow looks like all the ponies in Equestria have good taste! I never really pictured her as a pony that would be depicted tending to her looks, but hey, that's what fame does to ya! :P
Such a detailed analysis, very nice, though the "On-tour" part was somthing I added in there, I don't know the origin of the picture, that's up to the viewers imagination I guess...
And as for who it was made out to, i'd say Vinyl perhaps?
