Fluttershy is trying to act like the most popular memes in history!!!
...And shes good at it!
It's actually Posie, the pre-release concept for Fluttershy. She was supposed to be an earth pony, specializing with plants. But otherwise just like Fluttershy.
And her wings was originally with the early concept of Pinkie Pie, a Pegasus called Suprise.

I just cant stand these meme things :/ They destroy creativity.
