Clearly, Celestia's Daughter!
Meh, she has none.
Though I have a theory, that normal ponies aren't actually limited to one size type. (Big Mac and Fancy Pants are other examples)
Would'nt a pony's size be denoted by their age and gender?
And Celestia has no offspring that "we know of"(Yet), there might be sompony revealed in later episodes to be related to her though...
Not all ponies grow up to that size. I think that about 30-40% of ponies grow into the second level size.
Celestia shouldn't have any offsprings, and Luna shouldn't either for that matter, since it seems that they're the only 2 alicorns in Equestria (I'm suspecting that no one borns as an alicorn, but it rather requires an apotehosis. Maybe Celestia and Luna used to be normal ponie once)
