An Assertor is still pretty big, and well armed. It simply distrubetes its wieght and suface area into its width and girth unlike the long and sleek Executor-class. To me anything 9-10k and up can pretty much be considered an SSD, the biggest BC class should be the Bellator at 8k. After that I think anything bigger should be an SSD. Super ships like Ragnarok should be a class of their own as well.

Actually, 12k would maybe be it, more likely. I think there's a canon SSD somewhere that's around that length. Everything else are considered BCs and so on and the biggest one I've researched so far is the Bellator. I haven't found anything from 9-11k, canon or fanon. At least nothing I can remember.

I think I have a canonical/semi-canonical list of ship "weight classes" saved somewhere. If you want I can list it here if you want to have a sure answer.

hm, good point. yeah your calculated number seems to be better in my opinion. good. i like it. I also like the Ultra Star destroyer class thing, lol bad memories xD

But seriously, maybe have like a one ship limit and it take so long to produce and such. you know to make it fair. but nothing over like 35 KMs xD not 140 :P

I also think that the number of SSDs allowed should be changed to 2 as we all dont seem to follow the 1 rule enough so maybe setting it to 2 will get people in line (Minus grandfathered SSDs)

Also, I want the sizes of the Wrath and Shadow, just curious.

Well me and joe were talking and the subject of ship sizes came up. And when i asked him the question of when is a ship considered an SSD he said he really didnt know.

So i threw around a few ideas with him and we went over some numbers and i came up with a number that if a ship is over it, then it is considered an SSD.

Well the number i came up with is 15. 15 is the smallest SSD in service as of now, that being my smaller sized Assertor. So i figure that we make this the minimum size for the SSD category.

I am open to suggestions as is joe.
