What happened with Grievous???
Palpatine hired grievous to work for them (secretly of course) and grievous didn't really like it that much so basically the emperor planned a shuttle explosion/crash that seriouslt wounded him (as seen in the pic above) then they basically rebuilt him into a cyborg. at least that's the short version of it.
i don't think thats grievous, it doesn't look like a kaleesh to me but maybe i'm wrong.
