As you may know, the film is directed by J.J.Abrams (Alias, Lost), and the original characters will return, but with a new cast. The name of the new film is simply Star Trek XI.
Enterprise (NCC-1701) will get a new design, just take a look at the warp nacelles.
The interior became very modren, it looks even more futuristic than Enterprise-E, but I miss the LCARS consoles from the bridge. To be honest, it looks like as if it were designed by Apple. :)
The main protagonist will be a romulan, called Nero. The story will involve time travel, and Leonard Nimoy, the original Spock will be in the film too.
