Who cares if they thought it was wrong? They still did it. The world isn`t made of "ifs" or "maybes", but what you do and don`t do. They DID kill the Jedi even they they thought it was wrong.
I agree, and this is what makes it all the more impressive a feat. Absolute control of the situation. The Clones did as they were ordered because they had no choice and the fact that they were immediately weakened by the lack of Jedi leadership further proves just how dangerous the Jedi were, thus making their execution all the more impressive. The Dark Side's triumph was unprecedented in it's scope and the lop sidedness of the opposing forces.
This is true... it was certainly not a complete success. Furthermore I would also say that if the Emperor did succeed in complete elimination of the Jedi, the Force would not be denied and new light side Force users would have eventually risen under a new name but as the same power. In this natural balance we are eternally locked...
Also the empire sucked with no jedi help . Why else did they fall , because no force help since vader couldn't be in every place at one time and palpatine sat on his fat a** .
Lord Sidious had done enough already, he deserved a moments rest whislt overseeing his Empire. He did execute the whole 2nd Jedi Purge more or less alone.
Even the clones knew that what they were doing was wrong...
Funny how even Palpatine himself admittet that without Jedi commanders, the clone army were not very effective anymore..

Maybe if... :P Didn't even say "if" or "maybe". ;D

Yes, a very impressive feat and yet a failure, since not all Jedi where killed, which in the end resulted in the recreation of the Jedi Order :D

That's exactly what I have always said, the force consist of both the Light and the Dark side and therefor there will always be both Jedi and Sith!
The only difference betweens us is what side we are on ;P
