Ron Repelon, Commander of the Trader Emergency Coalition and the mastermind behind its resurgence. Generally mild-mannered, he is somewhat of a nice guy. An expert shot with most types of semi-automatic weapons, and with armor underneath his coat, not to mention the wisdom and experience to know when to do what and why make him a truly formidable foe both at the negotiation table and at the commander's chair of a TEC fleet.
