I had to do a lot of editing to quash the bright sunlight over most of the buildings. I tried to find an image with neutral lighting but I couldn't and this photo had both the National Assembly Of Serbia and The Cathedral Of St Sava, two of Belgrade's best known landmarks, so I HAD to use it! Not perfect but I have no time/will to edit if any further. Moddb splash screen.

Nice, but try making something from scratch, Fallout 3 concept art with some added extras isn't much to go on ;)
