A group for those interested in science from the vast expanse of the universe or technology.
MeetTiktaalik nicknamed fishapod. He is one of the best examples of a "transition fossil"
Now yes I know techincally all fossils and all life is "transitional" but this little guy is a good example.
with transional feet/fins and both lungs and gills he is a bridge between the land and sea.
The complex beauty of nature never ceases to intrigue me :P
Ooh, can I have the actual link to wherever you got this from?
I just googled it and found this:
Godlessgeeks.com
Comment deleted for trying to push religious beliefs on science page.
was not deleted for questioning my beliefs but because creationism isnt science, and therefre has no place here.

I'm curious, wouldn't deleting others comments, regardless if they're creationism or not, be a bias on your part since you're not even giving an ear to their side?
On the side, I have no idea who posted or what they posted, I'm simply curious. And I have read the rules ;)
this isnt a religous group- so i will not allow religion posts, thats how it works.
creationism isnt science its religion and politics pretending to be science- this group isnt ment for either so no creationism.
If i were to allow creationism i would have to allow all religion no matter how absurd- i would have to say things like " yes the aztecs ripping out peoples heart is a valid claim for why the sun rises, or yes lighting could come from zeus or yes the earth could be hollow and have aliens inside it." so I just say no myth and be done with it.
does that answer your quesion?
cheers :-)
Another comment deleted for being religious spam
as I said- no religion just science- I dont care if you dont believe in evolution, but I will not let you try and force your myths into science.
and no creationism is just a myth, so it has no ground to stand on.
cheers

You know you're just giving them more excuse to yell "bias" and "unfair"...
