Yeah, smoking is bad... I discarded smoking and I feel superbly ;) If you don't wanna be killed from cigarettes, find some kind of motivation, eg. non-smoking girlfriend or something ;) But I am not anti-nicotine-therapeutist to teach others, it is their will whether they'll discard or not :]
