This isn't the original mod its my modified version that I took off my hard drive since the download links for the mod are down. My changes include -New main character (replaced head and body) -Some levels are day some are more darker -Some levels have less scuttlers

Hey Guys, Can any one tell me how I get the editor of the thing, or rather there is one and if so can the download with you?

The editor is actually built into the game itself, you need Windows XP or older to run it though.
how do u install?
Drop it in the game's folder, but first backup the old data folder and thething.exe before you install.
I have Windows XP where i can find the Editor :D
You need special DLL files, and Microsoft Visual Studios 6.0, to register it.
hey i found this mod! i hear it is dead.. i tried downloading it and did so but i cant play it it freezes for me when i actually hit "new game" in the menu. where it should show the little asssimilation symbol... anyonw know why? i think it said it had some runtime erro im on windows 8. i got the origonal game and play it but id love to get this mod even if it isnt finished.
also i heard ur working on a mod as well Apone? any news one when that will come out? if u need help at all let me know id love to do what i can! and igot alot of free time... anyways any beta or anything out for it? just message me back please in private with the issues. thanks! look forward to all the great work!
I keep getting stuck on level 7a Dixon turns into a thing and I get the message "a thing in disgused escaped" and I loose. how do I work around this? him and fisk both transform.... whats up with it??

I'm stuck on the level with the observation station. Once I reach the room with two large Things and first encounter the spitting spider enemies, the door that leads to the top of the observation station (where you've been chasing down an NPC) does not open. I've tried everything, it just won't budge.
