*US diplomats meet with Russian diplomats in the neutral city of Bern, Switzerland. The United States only asks for a confirmed peace, no tricks, and no conspiracies. It will agree to pull most of its troops out of Germany, bringing the number back down to its original number.
The Northern Pacific Fleet is standing down as the negotiations take place. The fleet docks at Alaska and the men are sent to get some beer.*
