Not human, not Reaper, but fan created race. Probably gave it N7 armor for fun. Dunno the details, just found it on CGHUB.
would guess its the dinosaur race from the previous cycle. it has the arms and tail from T-Rex. Tail looks ALIEN tough.
JESUS CHRIST, that's hideous no wonder they where the helmets, i am thinking eezero leak caused mutation in humans and thus became this er 'race' and become like super soldiers for the allience
