you could try using the physx legacy driver may help you play Nvidia.com i had to dl it to play MOH airborne so may help here as well

I wanted to play Mass Effect 3 but it no longer works. It throws a PhysX error at my face. In a german forum I found the solution btw this error can also happen with ME2. The problem is not that your physX is outdated no its that its too new. You gotta uninstall PhysX and install it from the game or some crap like that.

personally I haven't tried it out because I am done with this pile of trash of a game. Just thought I'd share this info with you all.
