Being a Clone Trooper, he is a clone of the Famous Mandalore, Jango Fett, father of the clone Boba Fett, Jango is Mandalorian and therefore he has Mandalorian Traits, therefore as a clone he inherited Jango's genetics, so he is Part-Mandalorian.
